SnapWorx

SnapWorx is a supplier portal for purchasing goods and services directly from Snap preferred suppliers.
Information regarding the available products including quote description, artwork specification, templates and price calculator are available in the portal on each of the product pages.
Important Note: The SnapWorx Portal and your eCommerce Admin Dashboard are not connected. Orders placed in SnapWorx will not display in your eComm Dashboard.

Use SnapWorx only to order the product. This supplier will only receive orders via the SnapWorx portal and are a closed shop with systems that are fully automated. It is therefore important that all artwork is checked and meets the specifications before submitting the order. See 'Artwork' below. Once an order is placed any changes made to the order may incur an additional charge from the supplier. Orders are paid by credit card and Snap Franchising will pay the supplier on your behalf. You will receive a zero balance tax invoice from Snap for the goods purchased for your accounts.
 


Ordering Products

Follow these steps to complete your Order.

  1. Quote the job to the client (PSV or eComm)
  2. Finalise the Artwork
  3. Upload the Artwork to the Product
  4. Add Product to the 'Shopping Cart'
  5. Confirm the Delivery Address
  6. Pay for the Order
     

1. Quoting the Order

Quotes to your clients can be created in 2 ways.

  1. Offline Enquiries (Email, Phone, Walk-In, Snap Website RAQ)
    Create an outsource quote in PSV and select the product from the SnapWorx portal. A suggested quote description has been created to assist a Centre not familiar with the product to copy. Using the price calculator, enter the quantity and markup to determine you cost price and sell price. To assist as a guide the calculator also displays the eCommerce RRP (Note: the prices may vary slightly by a few cents from that displayed online). The Trade Price displayed is the direct cost from the supplier including 2% to cover paypal and credit card charges that are incurred.
     
  2. eCommerce RAQ
    As eCommerce Buyers can 'Request a Quote' from the product range available within SnapWorx.
    Using the SnapWorx Product Price Calculator, enter the quantity and markup to determine you cost price and sell price. To assist as a guide the calculator also displays the eCommerce RRP (Note: the prices may vary slightly by a few cents from that displayed online). The Trade Price displayed is the direct cost from the supplier including 2% to cover paypal and credit card charges that are incurred. Copy the 'In Centre Sell Price' into the Product Price within the 'Quote Action' panel in your eCommerce Quote.

2. Artwork

As the production process is automated, it's extremely important that the artwork is formatted correctly.
Each product has unique requirements. The specifications for each product can be found on the product page under 'Artwork Guideline Templates'.
The artwork is then uploaded to the 'Design Studio' when sizing & scale is confirmed before Adding the product to the Shopping Cart.
It would be best that the artwork be uploaded as a PDF with supplied specifications. This process guarantees the supplier will accept the loaded artwork.
NOTE: Each Product can only accept one artwork file. If multiple designs are required, multiple line items are reuired.
(Example: I need 4 mugs each with different Staff Members Names on them. You must create 4 separate artwork files. Select one Product, upload first artwork file and Add the item to the Cart.
Select the second product, upload second artwork file and Add the item to the Cart. Repeat until you are done!)
 


3. Uploading the Artwork

On the Product page, click 'BUY NOW' Custom Design.

The Design Studio allows you to create custom designs or Upload a Print Ready file. Position your artwork on the page ensuring the area covers the bleed area to the edge.
Click 'Continue' to confirm your artwork

 


4. Add the Product to the Cart

Click the 'Agree to Terms', and 'Save & Add to Cart'.
 


5. Confirm the Order Details.

This is your final chance to check all details of your Order.
There is no need to change the Snap Centre from 'Snap Supplier Portal' All orders will be captured here.
Check your Products & Quantity.
The Order will be sent to the 'Deliver To' address. The order can be sent to your Snap cenrte or direct to the Client.
NOTE: Orders cannot be split to multiple addresses. Or you wish to split order orders and send to multiple addresses your must send as separate orders.
(Example: I order 6 Mugs and I want 3 sent to two different addresses. I place an order of 3 mugs to the first addrees. From 'My Orders' I find that first order and click 'Reorder', and change the Delivery address to the second address and place a new order.)
 


6. Pay for your Order

Snapworx will only accept Credit Card Payments and PayPal. Payments are captured by SFL and paod to the Suppliers monthly.
NOTE: Order Processing Fees of 2% will be applied at payment to cover payment processing.
 


My Snap Centre

You as the Buyer cannot change the 'Snap Centre' in the Shopping Cart when placing your Order. All orders are captured at Snap Franchising and the Order detail is forwarded automatically to the supplier.
 


Managing Your Order

You as the Buyer can see any Order Status Updates via 'My Orders' in the SnapWorx portal. Your SnapWorx Order is not connected to your eCommerce Admin Dashboard.
 


Reordering

A single Order cannot be split to multiple Delivery Addresses. Orders for different addresses must be placed separate Orders.
Example: 20 Classic Mugs are to be ordered. All Mugs share common artwork. 10 Mugs are sent to Brisbane, 10 Mugs are sent to Sydney.

  1. Create/Upload artwork and add quantity of 10 Classic Mugs to the Shopping Cart
  2. Set the Delivery Address to the Brisbane address
  3. Pay & Complete the Order
  4. Go to 'My Orders' and select 'Reorder' from the previous order.

  5. Modify the Delivery Address to the Sydney address
  6. Pay & Complete the Order.

NOTE: YOU CANNOT EDIT THE ARTWORK IN THE REORDER PROCESS. IF THE NEW ORDER REQUIRES AN A CHANGE OF ARTWORK, YOU MUST EDIT YOUR ARTWORK FROM  'SAVED DESIGNS' OR CREATE NEW ART.


Complaint Handling
